Hey, my name’s Daniel. I’m with Restore Masters. We’re here today in Panama city at the Harley Davidson shop. We’re here today because in 2018, hurricane Michael came through and one of our project managers actually took a class here. Her name is Susan.

And what we did was we went up on the roof, we found a lot of leaks on the roof. So what we did, we got with the owners and we contacted the insurance company. We met the insurance company out here. They seen all the damages and the roof got paid for by the insurance company. So, when we start the roof, what we’re going to do, we’re actually going to remove all the old existing roofing material, which it currently has a TPO roof system on it and it has isolation board underneath. So we’re going to remove all that old roofing material and then we’ll begin installing new roofing material. We’re going to install new three-inch isolation board and once that’s fully installed, we’re going to install a 60 ml TPO roof. And we’re a certified installer of TPO, so we will offer Harley-Davidson a 20-year NDL warranty to go with this roof.

So when all work actually got started and everything was negotiated, everything was good to go. We were excited that it was going to start moving forward. The fact that it got a little loud, real quick from the very first moment anything touched the roof, we figured it was going to be an issue with the nature of our business. We have to be in an intimate discussion with people about why they ride, what they do, and what they want out of the motorcycle when they’re going to buy. Even when they’re just in here for a t-shirt, they want to be able to focus on that. Not necessarily what in the world’s going on above them. So it became very clear that we were going to have to make some requests of RestoreMasters. So when we met with Sue at the end of the day, it was interesting to me to see how accommodating they were, because once we said, yes, they had a job to do. They could have come in every single day and did their job without listening or worried about anything we say. The fact that they took into consideration the nature of our business and what our guests here require from us. They made a few calls that I was very, very surprised to see a business, in this day and age, actually go as far as to do what they did. And it’s Harley Davidson. And we expect the best and we got the best. So Susan with RestoreMasters has really, really stepped up what level of service I even expect from our own team members or from myself. It’s adapt and make sure that the guests are definitely 100% taken care of, regardless. At all cost.
