Project Overview
Summary provided by video transcript.
Hey guys, John McDonald here with Restore Masters. I’m here at the St. Thomas Villas also known as the St. Thomas Master Association. You’ve got retail shops here on the bottom floor, condominiums on the top, a total of eight buildings here in Panama City, the beautiful city of Panama City, Florida. As you know, hurricane Michael came through the facilities here suffered catastrophic damage, not only to the roof, to the windows, the doors, the sliding doors, water intrusion, interior damage.
So as you can imagine, sometimes it’s so difficult to know who you can trust. After Hurricane Michael came through, and again, the damage that was inflicted from the storm, another contractor was involved at the beginning. But I’m happy to say and I’m excited to say that now the board here at St. Thomas Villas has chosen Restore Masters to be their general contractor, to put this place back to the way that it was before the storm. And so we’ll be replacing the roof, the windows, the doors, the sliding doors, light poles, outside stucco damage will be replaced. And all of the interior damage will be put back the way that it was before the storm. So we’ve met with adjusters, we’ve met with engineers, and as you know, sometimes the insurance company has their processes, we’ll say. So we’ll keep you abreast as to the progress on this project. If we can help in any way, let us know again, Restore Masters masters right here in Panama City, Florida. Thank you.
PROJECT UPDATE
Hey, guys. John McDonald here with RestoreMasters here at our project at the St. Thomas Square in the beautiful city of Panama City. Now we’re here working here at the St. Thomas Square, just want to give you an update of where we’re at right now. The entire roof has been torn off and has been dried in with a Boral TileSeal underlayment. We are waiting still for more tile to show up. And the south side of the building we’ve already started the install of the stone coated steel product. So we are a quarter of the way through with completing the first phase of this project, which is the Plaza building. Now behind this building. There’s five other buildings called The Villas. Building one, two, three, four, and five. So we’ll keep you updated on the fight with the insurance company until then John McDonald with the RestoreMasters. If we can help you with anything, please call us and let us know. Thank you.
