Hey, it’s Kevin with their RestoreMasters. We’re at one of eight buildings with West Georgia Technical College. We’re on their campus today. Let’s go check it out.

The reason we’re out here today is because there was a large hailstorm that came. A lot of water intrusion into this building, so they called somebody that they knew could take care of the situation and take care of it fast. I actually have the crew up there right now. Let’s go check it out. Follow me up there.

We’re out here on the roof. We have some of the impacts up close and personal. A couple of these impacts, there’s one that’s bigger than the other one, but it’s just a rounder type of hail hit, allowing the water intrusion. There’s tons of these across the whole roof, and they’re so small that that’s why we had to get up and personal with these things. If you not only see that, let’s check out this as well. There’s more damage. These skylights are all throughout all of the roofs, and that hail was so powerful and so big that it actually punctured, allowing tons of water, glass, debris to actually come into the building. Again, this is why we’re out here immediately to take care of this. That way this business, this school, can actually get back to doing what they do. Let’s go ahead and show you what we’re talking about with these holes.

As you can see, we got the crew up here. We actually have one guy walking up and down these rows trying to find the hail spots and actually marking it for the next guy to come through. He’s going to go ahead and clean those spots, and then another guy’s going to come after him and actually patch those spots. Basically what happened is the hail has made impacts and actually had holes in it, so we need to go and find those holes. These roots are dirty. They’re aged, weathered, whatever you want to say. So, we actually have to get close to these things. Find those holes, mark them, clean them, patch them.

All right. After walking through, doing our walkthrough, our reports for our documentation for this project and this claim, we’ve actually noticed that there is more damages than what we thought there were and more damages than what they thought there were. As you can see, this pipe is messed up. There’s actually some metal siding on this building that’s got some dings and some hail impacts on it. The windows, some doors, obviously, the interior where the skylights had broken and allowed the water intrusion into the building, all that stuff has to get the pre loss.
