At RestoreMasters, we pride ourselves on being where our customers need us the most. While we’ve worked hard to expand operations to all fifty states, we’re proud to announce that our efforts haven’t gone unnoticed.
RestoreMasters is honored to be on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Companies for 2021. This is our second year in a row achieving such an honor.
Ranked at number 340 on the list, we achieved a whopping three-year growth rate of 1386%. That’s a huge achievement for a company in any industry, considering the state of events across the world over the last two years.
Furthermore, we’ve managed to hire over 100 employees and earned over $54 million in revenue for 2020.
What is the Inc. 5000 List?
If you aren’t aware, the Inc. 5000 List is a distinguished editorial award designed to highlight the best entrepreneurial achievers in the country.
Formerly known as the Inc. 500, the list was expanded in 2007 to give a clearer picture of business growth in a wider number of industries.
Each company that achieves a ranking on this list receives a profile discussing who they are, what they’ve accomplished, and how they’re contributing to their industry.
Many major corporations, including 7-Eleven, Pandora, and Zappos.com, have been featured on the list in the past, meaning we’re in good company.
In addition to this award, we've been listed on the Top 100 Roofing Contractor List for the last two years, as well.
Why We’re Proud of This Achievement
As expected, we are incredibly proud of this achievement. However, there’s no one more excited than RestoreMasters co-owner, Matt Irvin.
“This is an extremely big honor and I’m so excited to share the news,”Irvin explains. “We’ve always had a focus on the future as a company. To see our team get the recognition they deserve for all the hard work they’ve put in is very satisfying.”
Irvin’s business partner, Justin Recihl, echoes the sentiments.
“Just a few short years ago, we were trying to grow to the point where we wouldn’t have to worry about dealing with such a bad attrition rate this industry is known for,” he explains, referring to the 36.8% attrition rate for most new contractors within the first five years of operations. “With achievements like the Inc. 5000 List, we’re able to continue to get brand recognition and expand through all of the areas we service.”
Setting Ourselves Apart from the Competition
How have we managed to be so successful? “It’s the people,” says Irvin. “Without our fantastic team, there’s no way this would have been possible.”
Recihl echoes a similar statement, but feels the difference really comes down to how we do business. “Instead of focusing on a local area right away, we’ve always gone where our customers need us. When tornadoes damage buildings, excessive hail slams through roofs… That’s where we’ll be to help clean up the damage."
Despite our pride in achieving this huge honor, we know the work isn’t done yet. Through the next year and well into the future, RestoreMasters fully intends on dispatching teams to communities hit hard by natural disasters and helping commercial business owners get back to a pre-catastrophic shape.
After all, it’s our employees and our clients that helped us attain this honor.
