Roof Hail Damage Repair in Dickson, TN Following November 29, 2022 Storm & Tornado Damage in Central Mississippi After November 29, 2022 Storms Pound Southern States
Commercial Roofing & Restoration

Middle Tennessee got slapped with severe weather Tuesday, Nov. 29th, with Dickson taking the brunt of the hailstorms. Emergency roof repair is essential to prevent unnecessary water damage losses.
RestoreMasters has technicians in the area to provide commercial roof inspection services in an effort to help fast-track insurance claims. Commercial property owners who suffered hail property damage can contact the roof repair office in Nashville, TN.
“Severe storms moved through Nashville and Middle Tennessee Tuesday and into the early hours of Wednesday morning, triggering several severe thunderstorm warnings and spurring reports of downed branches, power outages and hail,” The Tennessean reported. “Spotters reported up to golf-ball-sized hail in Dickson County as the storm passed through. Quarter-sized hail was spotted in Cheatham County. People in the western part of Davidson County also reported a brief burst of pea-sized hail. Wind gusts reached up to 60 mph across Middle Tennessee.”
Impacted property owners are urged to request a complimentary roof inspection to identify damage that may cause delayed leaks. It’s not uncommon for hard impacts and wind gusts to cause roof hail damage that doesn’t immediately show telltale signs. A commercial roof inspection documents the effects of severe weather to support a claim. Insurance corporations could deny a claim if roof leak repair is needed after several months.
A local hailstorm damage map shows a large front stretching from Coble, across Dickson, and as far north as the Charlotte and Greenwood areas. The yellow portion of the storm indicates hail up to 1.25 inches pelted rooftops. The orange concentration nipping at Dickson shows ice chunks as large as 1.75 inches battered roofing systems.

RestoreMasters has commercial roof inspection and repair specialists available to support property owners who suffered losses or are concerned their structure was compromised. Our disaster restoration contractors worked in the field after a devastating winter storm hit Tennessee on December 10, 2021.
Strong winds can rip open some roofing systems and cause severe roof wind damage.
Some older roofs can be damaged by winds as low as 50 miles per hour.
The severity of roof damage depends on several factors including: type and age of roofing materials, presence of flying debris, roof shape and angle, building height and proximity to adjacent structures and the quality of original roof installation.
Following severe weather like this, it's important to get a thorough roof inspection & property damage assessment to determine whether or not you have roof damage from hail or wind.
If roof leaks do occur, an experienced disaster roofing contractor can stop leaks with tarping or shrink wrapping, where affected areas (or the entire roof) are covered with a durable shrink-wrapped plastic membrane till permanent repairs can take place. That way you can prevent mold growth from water intrusion.
Even if you don't think your roof was damaged, you will want to get your roof inspected if your property falls anywhere within the hail damage map.
Some storm damage problems do not produce symptoms right away.
And insurance company deadlines could hinder your ability to file a claim later.
